Born as the speakeasy sister to VB3, SuLuna was dreamed up by a group of Jersey-native partners from every corner of the world. Latinx, Caribbean, Italian, Asian, and more—they brought their stories, their spices, and their Jersey hustle to the table. What started as late-night bites after service turned into a movement. A moonlit rebellion against bland. A celebration of culture, creativity, and community.

Every dish at Su Luna is a nod to this vibrant collision of backgrounds. The Guava Soda Braised Oxtails whisper of Caribbean kitchens. The Lomo Cheesesteak Empanadas remix a Philly classic with Peruvian heat. Our Birria Tacos are bold and braised to perfection, while the Su Luna Paella brings the fire of the islands and the warmth of abuela’s stove.

Want to cool down? Try the Watermelon Ceviche topped with piña colada espuma or dive into the Crab Fried Chaulafan, a Latin-Asian street-style fried rice that pays homage to Jersey’s melting pot.
